Fat loss 4 Idiots is an easy to follow diet
plan that uses a food and meal rotation
system to give you fast weight loss. While it
might not be as fancy as a diet plan advertised on
national TV or with a huge Brand behind it the program
does it. By breaking the difficulty of dieting (the meal
planning and discipline) down into a set of simple rules,
and allowing you to custom generate a diet that is “made
for you” Fat Loss for Idiots can produce be results in a
short period of time.

How Fat Loss 4 Idiots works
The diet is an 11 day on 3 days off cycle.
You use their custom diet generator (see description below) to
create an 11 day meal plan for you. You eat 4 times a
day for 11 days, except for one vegetable and fruit
day only which has only 3 meals. You're then given 3 cheat days
off. You're not governed by any meals on those off days so you
can eat some of your favorite foods and enjoy them. After that
you start your second 11 day cycle.
How many times you follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots 11 day diet
plan will be determined by your progress and how much weight
you want to lose.

The diet hand book is read first as a primer to the
entire program. It goes through how Fat Loss for
idiots works, some general information about healthy weight
loss, and the rules you need to stick to in order to get
maximum results with their program. It's a good read, I suggest
you download the PDF and print it off to read, personally I'm
not a big fan of reading on my monitor.
This is the real “meat” (sorry no pun intended) of their
system. Here's how it works:
- You select either the Regular or Vegetarian Diet
- There are several different foods you can choose from,
you must choose between 14 - 30 foods from that list to
make up your diet for the next 11 days.
- The Diet generator spits out a complete plan for 11
days of 4 meals per day, except for one fruits and
vegetable day.

You are provided with a screen you can print out of your 11
day meal plan. It's setup in a
Meal 1 , Meal 2, Meal 3, Meal 4 order. You don't have to eat
the meals in the exact order their listed, you could eat meal 4
first, then Meal 2 the key is you cannot mix the items with in
the meals together. Part of the Fat Loss for Idiots diet is the
combination of foods you eat.
Specific Things that Could be Difficult to Follow
- You need to eat every 2 ½ hours with Fat Loss 4
Idiots, it's not going to entirely throw off the
plan if you eat every 3 hours or so but if you work a job
that would make this difficult to follow then you won't see
maximum results with the diet generator plan.
- Also if you're an on the go person you will probably
want to prepare your meals the night before. A big reason
we fail at diets is because we succumb to the convenience
of fast food when we're in a rush. If you pre make your
meals you'll increase your chances of success.
- The 3 Cheat days between 11 day cycles
are there to eat foods that you won't eat on your 11 day
meal plan cycle. How ever try to keep it within reason and
not run out and eat a bucket of chicken or half a dozen
cheese burgers. It's probably also ideal that you keep
eating at the 2 ½ hour interval on those cheat days. I
didn't see this exact suggestion anywhere in their material
but to ensure the most success this is a good rule to
follow.
How to Follow Fat Loss 4 Idiots
As already described if you read the diet handbook, and use
the diet generator all you have to do is go shopping for the
goods on your meal plan list, prepare them, and eat when
scheduled to. There is an element of exercise suggested,
consists of a daily walk but many people have posted on popular
forms that their seeing 4-6 lbs lost every 11 days without
walking.
To see success with this diet you just need to follow the
plan, nothing more nothing less. The beauty is it's all laid
out for you on a blue print to follow so unless you purposely
do not do what you're supposed to do you can't fail.
